Fill with SG Widening Component
This component allows the user to automatically widen a road based on the height of fill.

Parameters
| FinalFillSlp | Fill slope. | |
| FinalCutSlp | Cut slope. | |
| bApplyInCut | If set to one the component will be applied when the connection point is below topo. | |
| FillHeight1 | Lowest fill height for widening. Fills less than this height have no widening applied. | |
| FillHeight2 | Middle fill height for widening. Should be greater or equal to FillHeight1. | |
| FillHeight3 | Highest fill height for widening. Should be greater or equal to FillHeight2. | |
| ExtraWidth1 | Extra road width added if fill height exceeds FillHeight1. | |
| ExtraWidth2 | Extra road width added if fill height exceeds FillHeight2. | |
| ExtraWidth3 | Extra road width added if fill height exceeds FillHeight3. |
