Horizontal and Vertical Tie
This component will attach a ditch component to a feature horizontally and vertically.

| DitchVertOffset | Vertical offset from the C/L to ditch inside bottom. | |
| DitchHorzOffset | Ditch horizontal offset from CL to ditch inside bottom. | |
| DitchBotWd | Width of the bottom of the ditch (horizontal distance). | |
| DitchBotSlp | Bottom of the ditch slope. | |
| DitchDepth | Depth of the ditch measured from attachment point. | |
| bExcludeDitch | Set to 1 to exclude the ditch. This parameter can be overriden. |
